At Mae's Archive, every piece is carefully sourced and individually selected. As all of our vintage bags are one of a kind, we kindly ask that you shop thoughtfully before placing your order.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect fit or size expectations
- General signs of vintage wear that have been clearly described or photographed
Please review all product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@maesarchive.com with your order number and photographs of the item.
If we determine that the item was significantly not as described or was damaged during transit, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement where possible.
